Ryanair Nightmare

Hi Everyone,
I've been chasing up Ryanair for the best part of a year. I was caught (as many were) in the delays from the ashcloud.
Away in Rome, I had to book 7 nights into a hotel before I could get on a return flight home.
Ryanair said they would compensate this, after countless numbers of emails and letters. We received an email saying that they would only pay 60 euro's per night. Fair enough.
A week ago I received an email informing me my cheque was in the post, brilliant I though.
Today it arrived....but it was £105.05??? (which doesn't make sense) I am now at my wits end. My cheque should of been for more like £300.
Ryanair seem like the worst company to end hold of in the world. Where do I start!?
Please help, thanks.
Ric

I received my cheque today too. We were stuck for a week in spain back in April. We put in a claim for £650 for 5 of us, which was very reasonable, All receipts were included etc, The cheque is for £510, which I am not going to contest, as this whole thing has caused enough stress! Do NOT cash the cheque, I think your next move may be the irish small claims court.0
