sky callout

hi everyone just like to warn everyone abouts sky sending an engineer to the house 3 weeks ago i had a problem with my sky box so i rung sky told them the box was broken so i told i needed an engineerto call to the house which would cost 65 pound so i told the lady on the phone i couldnt afford the charge the lady then went on to say because i was a valued customer that they would not charge me for the callout so i get my monthly bill this morning with a charge for 65 pounds so rung sky only to be told there were no notes on on my account and there was nothing i can do about it i was fuming basicly its my word against theirs then i was told i can write a letter to customer relations explaining what happened so be warned if you ever ring sky make you ask them to read back what notes they are putting in your account i am ringing back today to cancel.:mad:
