Amazon weird messages

I ordered something from Amazon beginning of the month, monies were taken and was told the estimated time scale for delivery, no problem there.

A few days ago i was looking for other things and a message appeared telling me that the seller could not send me this item now and that it would go to my wish list for me to try and find another seller..

And indeed it had moved to my wish list, So i email via Amazon the seller asking for my money back which was taken when i put the order in, if they were unable to send me my item.

This is where it gets weird,

The seller had sent my item and was confused to why i had received the message and could i forward it on.
Well the message didn't appear again and i just deleted the wish list.

But the seller was telling the truth as my item arrived yesterday..

I informed the seller immediately that i had received the item and sorry for the mix up.

But wondering how many people are getting this message?
