We are doing a jam jar tombola for DS2's preschool this year for the first time, so far I have made up 3 jars with lollies, crayons and marbles, all items found at home. I am going to obtain some more jars and do a cotton wool jar (label it as snow or something), maybe another jar of crayons as we seem to have hundreds of them and a jar of craft bits suitable for little ones. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0

Gross I know but how about washing a tin of beans, making an orange jelly and setting them in jam jar for a jar of 'jelly' beans....0

I did a jar of hugs for my friend -googled 'hugs' images and came up with quite a lot
I did a poem to go with it but you could adapt it if you wanted'I bottled up a bunch of hugs
Especially for you
It's filled with the most special hugs
Only the bext would do
So any time you need one
If you're feeling sad and blue
Just open the jar, take a hug
With love from me to you;hth:)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
