Hi there
Have you also checked this thread out here too?

You should have the choice of making the complaint to the FOS now if you want to, or wait to see what happens when this is resolved.
Its a choice you can only make, but I don't really think there is a quicker way with either at the moment.
What you could do is contact the FOS and see what they suggest first if you want to, before you make your mind on where you want to go with this.
Good luck and please keep us informed. Cheers.;)

hi jimmy, we're currently trying to make sense of what claims are being upheld and what are being frozen, could you just tell us a little more about each of your claims (ie when were they taken out and which one have the paid against)jimmy_teabags wrote: »morning

thanks
ps you might want to consider going to the Ombudsman Service, as whoever loses in January may appeal which could drag it out for months if not years !!0 -
i got a loan out in may 2007 for 6,5000 but the total amount to pay back is £8262.00
the insurance is £2220.60
but i got this loan up'd a by around £1500 a year later but cant find the paper work for it.
i rang natwest and wrote a letter in. the ppi company broke this into two claims and payed the frist ppi of £550 but said there needed more time for the other one. there sent a letter out were i had to sign the letter to get the £550. i rang up this morning to see when there would pay the money and there said in the middle of dec. i asked about the other case and there told me it has been frozen untill the jan as there have joinned in with other banks on this.
now im wondering i only why the other claim never got done like the 1st one as i thought it would be all one case! You be lucky:T0 -
