Facebook - Call me Stupid

Ok my friends, now don't ask but I signed up for facebook tonight ...yes yes I know, but I had to use IE(:eek:) to sign up and for the love of Mike I cannot get it to work with the Fox + Noscript. I am sure that one of you guys have tried it for research and have made it work, but I am now curious why it not working on the safer option. I got the bit I needed using spit..spit IE, but I am really upset I couldn't get it to work with FF. It is just returning to the Login screen? I know I could/should use all the tools in my armoury but is there someone who can help me to put me out of my misery.

I had this exact same problem... I could log on to FaceBook with IE but not Firefox... It was a problem with Cookies, I had temporarily changed the settings to custom settings because I was manually "Not Allowing" cookies from certain sites.. Anyway, after deleting the list of allowed and disallowed cookies and resetting it to allow all cookies, Firefox logged into FB just fine... Hope this helps

You have to allow fbcdn.net and facebook.com in NoScript.

I use NoScript but it does break websites this is worth a read: http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/noscript-use.html
