    1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Win a Trip to America” Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Custom Marketing Group, British Airways, and any of their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
    2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Custom Marketing Group (“Sponsor”) on behalf of AMERICA goguide.
    3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.
    4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2010 and ends on January 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
    5. ENTRY: ONLINE: Submit the online entry form included in this promotion. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Any use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods will void all entries by that entrant. All entries become the property of Custom Marketing Group and will not be returned or acknowledged. Custom Marketing Group will not be responsible for late or misdirected, damaged, illegible, lost, stolen or postage-due entries.
    6. DRAWING: On or about February 3, 2010, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    7. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER: Except where prohibited, the potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within ten (10) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received.
    8. Prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded.
    No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of prize.
    9. RELEASE: By receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
    10. BLACKOUT DATES & AVAILABILITY: Blackout dates and other booking limitations may apply when booking your travel. Prize excludes holiday periods and high season times.
    11. CONDITIONS ON TRAVEL: Travel is subject to British Airways contract of carriage, rules and regulations. Schedules and markets are subject to change without notice. Travel is non-refundable, non-transferable and all travel must be completed by January 31, 2012. Roundtrip travel must be booked between the same city pair. Expiration date will not be extended or renewed. Reservations are subject to availability and capacity control restrictions. Holiday blackout restrictions will apply. Prize certificate will not be replaced for any reason, including certificates that are lost or stolen. Prize includes 2 round-trip World Traveller British Airways tickets from London Heathrow to any USA destination of your choice. Mainline direct BA flights from London only. 7 days car rental in an Avis Group D Standard Automatic car with Fully Inclusive insurance coverage. Flights, accommodation and car rental to be taken together at the same destination as specified during the competition. Any additional room/travel costs to be organised and funded by the prize winner.
    The Prize is subject to additional limitations and restrictions other than what is stated above.
  • The United Kingdom is listed as "UTD KINGDOM" - took me a few minutes to work that out, thought I was being stupid.

    I had same difficulty locating UK, known as UTD KINGDOM. Not Surprising as it is placed randomly into a drop down box, in no particular order. Since when does the letter U proceed the letter G for the country Gabon and since when is UTD used in drop down box to represent the united Kingdom. The webmaster/programmer is at fault so don't beat yourself up too much Spanky Deluxe.
    Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop once in a while and look around, you might miss it. Ferris Bueller was on to something there.
  • Going by the position of 'Utd Kingdom" in the list, I reckon they just changed "Great Britain" to "Utd Kingdom"
