Quick question,
I was awarded DLA just a few months back, my condition is getting worse. do i have to call and inform them? and if so, is my case reviewed? eg, re filling in of forms etc?
thanks in advance.

if your care mobility needs have changed then you need to inform the dla unit in Blackpoolberniesmaster wrote: »well, yes, but only for 4mths ish (just whalst my meds are adjusted and body gets used to it) i just want to make sure its done right, but i know the money will remain the same, just updating records. not keen on filling in the forms again tho.0 -
If your condition is getting worse then its your choice if you inform the DLA people or not,if you are reviewed there is always a chance of getting a lower award,so its really upto you, especially if the change maybe short term.
Of course if someones condition improves they have a duty to inform dla once the improvement has been established.0
