In Need of New Double Glazing

Hi All,
I'm sure you've been asked this before and I hope this is the right forum for this question.
I am in serious need of new double glazed windows and doors. The one's I have have been in for about 20 years and it's like I don't have windows and doors as it is so drafty and cold and the front door isn't very secure as the central door panel so warped it's ready to drop out. I am a single person, on about 14K a year, own my own home but like many on here got into debt so haven't had chance to save for new windows as have to pay all of my spare money to my creditors through payplan. Does anyone know where I can get a repayable grant or help with the cost as I am freezing and wasting money by having the fire on. I don't have central heating either and would like that as well as all rooms except living room don't have heat! Does anyone know if there are any repayable grants for heating as well as windows.
Thanks
A very cold Wuzz.

No idea about grants to pay for your windows, but have you tried blocking the draughts?? And close the curtains.
Once you've blocked the draughts (see other posts about stuffing clingfilm into the cracks) then you'll probably find there's no need for new windows.0
