Add New Car to Insurance Policy Taking the Mick

Hi folks.
I'm in the process of buying another car, so I phoned up my insurer (Elephant) and asked them for a quote to swap cars on my policy.
I paid my premium in a lump sum when I bought the policy (in July). They quoted me £206.35 on top of what I already paid, which I think is quite reasonable given that I'm 19. However, before I could get the quote number, the line went dead.
I called up tonight, went through the exact same process, but now they want £377.31. This is outrageous! How do I go about getting the quote back for the original price?
