    So you are changing your argument then. Doesn't change the fact that renting is far from dead money. At least we have put you right on that. Now you can go back and explain how wrong you were to all those peeps you gave duff advice to.

    every month you are simply pouring it away, paying for the LL pension.

    I know you are trolling and it almost feels like trolling aimed directly at me as I have noted on quite a few occasions how much I loathe the ignorant who preach the "renting is dead money" philospohy, but eh, I'm bored, so will play.

    My LL has been subsidising my deposit stash, so I'm actually very grateful to them.
