Praise - Currys Cribbs Bristol

Well Freddie's new Epson 1400 colour printer was not working when I installed it, so I rang Currys, who arranged for me to return it for a replacement.

Just got back from there, efficient service, no need to have a haranging match or shout, straight swap. Now Freda is thrilled at those A3 prints of her fab hubby.

How did Freddie manage to do this. I'll tell you how. 1 I kept the reciept. I had already thrown the box. No probs!

Oh, and them prints of Freddie, available on Ebay for £25 each, darts come extra.

Oh yes. Who wants to keep reciepts when its easier to throw them away and get angry when you need to swap something faulty.

As well as keeping the receipt, did you also forget to go in with all guns blazing and shouting about the Sale of Goods Act?
You should have posted here first so that us amateur lawyers could have explained your rights and where you 'stand'.

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
    Now 20% cooler
