Website redirection problem

Trying to get onto at work https://www.cdanddvdbargains.com or its new link https://www.thebargainsforum.com and I keep getting redirected to the hosting site.

Friend has tried it an its working ok as it is on my home pc.

Have tried it myself on Firefox, IE and Maxthon to no avail having cleared all history, cache, cookies etc.

Would this be a hosting website problem or more likely something at our end?

Depends when you redirected it. It can take a while for some changes to fully propogate.

If you have recently changed the nameserver, you can sometimes be waiting up to 24hrs for it to go through.

You may also be cached (as it were). Try holding CTRL and hitting refresh (or pressing F5)

edit - and the URLs seem to point to an MKPortal (tip, try changing the background of those items, so they don't have a nasty white outline)

Yeah I can get on via that but anything I do then redirects me - its something they knew about but thought theyd fixed it as everyone else seems to be getting on. Will log on tonight and let them know about it. Thanks for your help though.
