switch help please.

Looking to start a project which involves switches, but cannot for the life of me remember what the switch I want to use is called.

Essentially it controls 1 output from 2 feeds.

I'll try my best to describe what it is.

I had one on a scart socket box once.

The box allowed 3 scart sockets to be plugged in at once, then you had to press the button for the one you wanted to use to feed to the TV. When you pressed on a different button it automatically released the previous one that was pressed.

This is the kind of switch that i need in order toi switch between the 2 feeds.

Anyone any idea what they are called.

There are both manual and auto types.

I would call it a Scart Switch! They are even sold in Tesco...
