Help can anyone recomend a trustworthy garage in the bristol area ideally bs14 or near area please as my daughter is having problems with her car.thankyou.

Oh yes the wonderful K series I remember it well. If it is the head gasket make sure its someone who can do them or you will be soon back!;)0 -
Get yourself over to http://forums.mg-rover.org where there will be someone in the area able to recommend a good garage or mechanic to sort the car out. There might even be a local forum member who could take a look if you like.0

And make sure they skin the head and fit the modified LR head gasket

It will probably turn out to be a stuck electric window or something, but it will still be the HG too. I don't think I have seen a single Rover 25 this year without coolent pouring out the exhaust.0 -
