    Hi ladymarmalade,

    As your thread has dropped down the board I've added it to the existing one on making pasta in a pasta machine.

    I didn't know it needed oil......the instruction booklet for mine used flour and eggs, with water if needed and I think it turnd out exactly right! :drool:
