help needed for usb for d500

well i eventually bought a usb for my d500, can i h**l get it to work ive downloaded drivers and pim and file manager from samsung, it just wont register my phone it says off line and when i go to set up all the ports are bluetooth (all gobbledygook to me)can anyone help me out in simple english plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz its driving me mad bought it from ebay and the link from the seller to his site dont work (maybe down)come on all you techies help a damsell in distress

This is a known problem with the software downloaded from the Samsung site.
I use this site for mobile phone probs, if nothing else it makes you feel better because you're not the only one.

thanks zahc i managed to get it sorted via someone on another forum i go on,;) been busy transfering all my pics and videos etc..... :T
