Legitimate Villa Rental Company?

Not sure if this is the correct section to post.
Looking at renting an apartment in Marbella from www.firstchoicespain.com They require 2,500 euros in advance and the other 2,500 6 weeks before arrival. The website looks good but there is no contact address and when I received the bank details the account had the name "Direct Drinks".
She said that this was another business they have and they use the one account for all transactions to make it easier. Im feeling uneasy about it all and cannot find any reviews of the company. Can anyone help? Thanks

4 Credit Card and 1 Loan PPI claims settled for £26k, 1 rejected (Opus).0 -
They dont have an office address in London and the phone number they provide doesnt work.
Just thought it was strange that they run a rental property website in Marbella and a drinks company.
Had a bad experience before booking an apartment online and since I couldn't find any reviews of the Company I thought I would ask for help on this site.0 -
Why would they have a london address? Agree I would be wary of using a firm that has no reviews.They dont have an office address in London and the phone number they provide doesnt work.

have a look on Tripadviser costa del sol forum - there's a few posts complaining about a company with a similar name (of course could be completely unrelated) where people have not received their "security deposit" back. on a separate note, must be one hell of an apartment if it costs £5000!0
