Screen up the wrong way??

My other half managed to drop the keyboard off the shelf, when he picked it up again the screen is now upside down.
Can someone explain how to get it up the right way again please.
I was sure it was one of the F buttons but have tried them to to no avail

Or turn the monitor upside down.
