Collection Charges

If an item is offered as collection only - can they charge for you to collect even though it's not mentioned on the listing?
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:

I cant think of a single reason what any charge like this would cover.
So in my opinion it would be tantamount ripping people off.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

If the charge is not mentioned then they cannot charge it.
