1. These rules (“Competition Rules”) apply to the free prize draw (“Competition”) which is being run by IPL Information Processing Limited (the “Company”). By taking part in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Competition Rules.
2. There is one prize consisting of: 1) a pair of tickets to see a Bath Rugby home game (choice of three Aviva Premiership fixtures – see dates below), 2) two nights' bed & breakfast in the 5-star Macdonald Bath Spa hotel, including one complimentary evening meal in the hotel restaurant, for the nights before and after the chosen game, and 3) entry for two at the hotel's luxury spa complex during your stay. The available Aviva Premiership fixtures are:
   
   • Sat 19 Feb 2011 – Bath Rugby v Northampton Saints (kick-off 14:15h)
   • Sat 26 Mar 2011 – Bath Rugby v Leicester Tigers (kick-off 14:15h)
   • Sat 16 Apr 2011 – Bath Rugby v Harlequins (kick-off 14:15h)
   The hotel reservation will be made for the nights of Friday and Saturday corresponding to the winner's choice of rugby fixture. Entrants must ensure that they are available for these dates. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
   
3. All travel arrangements and all costs of travel, the cost of all meals and refreshments other than as specified above, and any tips and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the competition winner.
4. All entries must be received via the Company's competition web page (http://competitions.ipl.com/) using the online form provided for this purpose. No other means of submission will be accepted. The Competition is open from 9th November 2010 and closes at 17:00h GMT on 10th December 2010.
5. Entries must be submitted by an individual and are limited to one per household. No bulk, third party or organised group entries are accepted.
6. Prizes may be provided by a third party sponsor of the Competition. In the event that the prize or any element of the prize is unavailable through circumstances beyond its control (e.g. changes to Aviva Premiership rugby fixtures), the Company will offer alternatives of comparable value. Prizes will not be exchanged, converted into cash or carried forward or transferred to other persons on the request of the winner.
7. The winning entry will be drawn randomly on or around Friday 17th December 2010. The winner will be notified shortly thereafter by email or telephone or both.
8. Unless otherwise stated, each Competition is open to all GB residents of 18 years and over, except employees of: (a) the Company; and (b) any third party appointed by the Company to organise and/or manage the Competition; and (c) the Competition sponsor(s).
9. By entering a Competition you grant the Company permission to use your name and image for the purpose of announcing the winner of the Competition on the Company's web site and other promotional purposes.
10. If you are a winner, you may have to provide additional information (including, without limitation, proof of age or identity) and/or complete additional documents and return them to the Company within a specified period in order to allow us to make bookings and reservations. Failure to provide additional information and/or complete additional documents within the required time period, or if any notification sent to you is returned as undeliverable, may result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner being selected.
11. Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Competition Rules will entitle the Company to disqualify any entrant or winner from participation in the Competition or receipt of the prize.
12. The Company's decisions in all matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If you are a winner of a Competition:
    
    1. the receipt by you of any prize is conditional upon you complying with these Competition Rules;
    2. you acknowledge and agree that neither the Company or any Competition sponsor(s) or any of their employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability to you whatsoever arising from your use and/or possession of your prize, provided that nothing in these Competition Rules shall exclude or limit the liability of any party for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for anything else which cannot be excluded or limited by law;
    3. The Company will have no liability to you for any loss of the whole or any part of the Prize where this results from your (or your guest's) inappropriate behaviour or abuse.
14. The Company is not responsible for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged, or for any failure of any computer network or other hardware or software failure affecting the website or your ability to enter the Competition.
15. If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Competition Rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.
16. These Competition Rules are governed by English law. Any disputes arising between the Company and any third party in relation to these Competition Rules and/or a Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
