Please help - complaints needed!!!

Dear all,
I am a 2nd year student studying language and linguistics and I am currently studying the language used to complain. I would sincerely appreciate any examples of written complaints. So if anyone has any emails or letters they have written to complain to any company no matter how old or short this would really help. I need to build a database of around 10,000 words so the more the better. If the following information could be included it would really help my study:
age, e.g 0-14, 15-25,36-45,46-55 and 55 plus.
social class AB - upper management, C1 middle management, C2 lower management, skilled worker and D2 unskilled worker
gender
and how successfull you were in your complaining, i.e. was your complaint satisfied? Were you awarded any compensation and how many times did you have to contact the company to resolve the situation?
These are the parameters that I have been instructed to work within. I really appreciate any help with this and I will place my report on here or I can email it to interested parties as soon as I have completed my report. If you would like to please IM me and I can forward you my personal email address.
