Good to hear that 1899 have informed somebody ( probably luck of the draw ! ).
Thanks for info.0 -
Just to update. I visited 1899 & 18185 websites, and both are now saying 4p connection fee. 18866 is now 5p connection fee.0

Finerea seems to be in tent in steadily procing themselves out of the market - at this rate it will be cheaper to use one of the fixed-rate companies!0

Thats how they catch most people out - if you read the "new cheap deals" emails perfectly they tend to go...
Hey wonderful cheap deals to
country x
country y
coutry z
etc etc
(Oh by the way we've put up our connection prices)
Extreemely sneaky way to behave as most people miss the increases.0 -
This might not be news to people but cost of calls to uk went from 3p to 4p sometime between 21/10 and 23/10 according to my invoice.
Is 1899 still the cheapest around?
Who's best for mobiles?
Is BT still best for 0845 and 0870?0 -
so..... is it best now to just use 18185 for daytime landline calls, and forget about 1899?
sorry- i only just signed up to this a couple of weeks ago, and am still finding my feetI don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Yes 18185 is the best overall supplier now because as well as the same price for peak geographical calls, that you can get from 1899,18185 gives you cheaper mobile, and 0845/0870 calls.

Combine them with Primus Saver 2 for FREE offpeak and weekend geographical calls.
