Getting cash in Norway?

Going to Norway next year, and a lott of the acomodation has to be paid in cash.
Can anyone give me ideas for carrying/withdrawing biggish sums, guess we are talking about say £200 daily for 2 weeks.
Looked at these cash passports, but can only get them in sterling. Presumably the local ATM pays out in Kroner, so you would get a good rate, but there is a 1.49% withdrawal fee.
I have a Santander Zero card, and I 'think' that is one of the best cards, unless things have changed.

I find it unusual they want cash. Norway is very geared up to credit cards, accepting them in taxis, bars etc as well as the usual. I have been there sometimes with no cash at all, just using credit card.travelover0
