Wrapping gifts in brown paper

  • I know tissue paper isnt the same as brown bags but we recently bought some new bowls and things like that for the kitchen cupboard as we somehow seem to have gone from 10 bowls to about 3 and when we bought them, they wrapped them up in tissue paper. Each one separately as well. I saved it all and plan to use it to wrap presents this year as it does look quite nice and is fairly sturdy.

Ive used brown paper too, also tying with rathia (thats if that is the straw type stuff bundles of flowers are often tied with).
What also looks good is to give the parcels a light spray with some aerosol glitter, and I used Hollie leaves wrote on in gold pen for the tags.

I wrapped my pressies in brown paper with string and parcel labels one year and I loved the way they looked!
