I emailed them regarding cancelling my NCIS boxset and they sent me a £3 voucher as a "goodwill gesture" which am not goint to use as they say their supplier could not get hold of the boxset but it is convenient that they now have them at £50 so I have emailed them again and I am awaiting a response
Their is probably something in their terms to say that orders are not confirmed until they are despatched but they should not be advertising goods in their sale that they don't / can't supply and they have taken money straight away from customers and have surely earnt interest on the funds0
