I have had Charmed season seven delivered today and its region 4, I ordered region 2. Anyone else had problems with this and trying to contact them?

Yes i had season 7 cancelled today:o Still waiting on season 5, not had that cancelled, yet

aww that is so annoying, i hat ewhen things get cancelled. i guess im one of the lucky ones got seasons 3,5 and 7, then managed to get on a misprice season1 . my advice complain to cdwow- the dissapointment etc. u never know they might give you the region 2/4 verson at that price, or they will at leats give you a £1 off voucher, which i know nto as good but better than nothing.

I have had my NCIS boxset cancelled by CD WOW after they told me the stock was coming in 6/12/06 so it shows you that they are selling stock they dont have in the first place and are making money on the interest of the funds paid to them via worldpay as they take their money straight away

I have started a thread in the vent board as surely their are more people are affected by the so called "pre christmas sale"

Have you tried playing it ? Most region 4 DVD's are dual region 2/4 encoded.

I too have had my season 7 cancelled. I emailed them to complain, that they have had my money since 20/10/2006 and since they took my money they entered into a contract with me( as stated on consumer direct). So I told them they had to supply the one they have advertised at £58.99 for the original price I paid.

My argument is they should not have took my money if they didnt have the product to sell!!!
