Mental Health Benefits Help!

My sister has been off work for 3 months with severe depression and her employer has just stopped her pay and is now paying her sick pay only which looks above the law. She is very delicate and can't return to work yet, if ever, but can no longer pay her mortgage (100% mortgage) or any of her bills including credit card and car loan, the sick pay will just about cover food. We don't know what to do? We spoke to the Citizens Advice and they said there is nothing as she gets sick pay, so need to sell the flat but she has no where to live and then can't afford rent. The mortgage company have offered interest only but don't even have the money for that. Can anyone out there give any advice for her?

she would be entitled to ctb due to low income. if she sold the property and rented, she might also be entitled to lha ( depending on any equity in the property)

Bills and debts aren't taken into consideration for benefits. Does she have any care and /or mobility needs that have lasted for at least 3 months and will last for another 6?

What does she have in terms of savings?
