BA infant bagage?

wondered if anyone can help?

wife traveling gatwick to tirana , with BA tomorrow and not sure of allowances
i know wife can take a bag up to 23 kg checked, plus 1 bag with her 10 kilos and reduced in side +handbag
not sure for the baby though...
1-23 kg bag checked and 1 10 kilos above the seats?
anyone? knows?
