Sainsbury's credit card application

Hi there,

I applied for a nectar credit card with Sainsbury's last Thursday online so I can benefit from the 12 months interest free balance transfer yet I haven't heard anything yet - not even a rejection letter - anyone know if Sainsbury's are particularly slow????

    Normally between 7/10 working days,but you can phone them up and ask if you have been accepted.

    Still no correspondance from Sainsbury's - this is the problem with online applications like this - I don;t even know if the application went through as didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. Even if I was rejected for this card - surely they would send me a rejection letter? Anyone else had to wait so long with Sainsbury's to even acknowledge your application?

    Mate give them a ring and they will tell you straight away if you have been accepted
