If they openly advertise the refund when they don't hit the target then it's not even a matter of principle, it's just the way their business operates ... go get your money back and don't even think twice about it (unless that extra day somehow seriously inconveniences you), they won't worry about it, it's just a reduced rate for a wider time frame in their eyes.If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0

Claim and ive claimed for less than that before lol!! Its not about the money its as someone said the way the business works they have to know their doing wrong to be able to fix whatever occurred!!I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
