parcel delivered on different day..would u claim?

hi all,i posted a parcel on monday using express 24(parcel force) which guarantees delivery next day(as its express 24 not 48 lol).it cost me £16.99 to post it.now, i have checked online and it says '50% refund if not delivered on the stated delivery day'...checked tracker and sure enough it was delivered today, the 17th, not yesterday the 16th(as it should have been).

being a keen dfw,im thinking £8.50 for their mistake isnt bad just coz they didnt deliver it on correct day!what do u think?would u let it go or claim the money back?

YES because you have paid for a service not provided...imagine if we al never moaned or claimed,,go for it.
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
  • I would claim it back.

  • great, thanks for your replies!will claim tomorrow.nice bonus to have!lol
  • Claim it back - better in your pocket and if no-one claims when they don't delivery they will do nothing to better the service!
  • Where was the delivery to? They have different zones, zone 2 takes 2 days, even on express 24... Think zone 2 is Scottish highlands etc?
  • hi,no it was only to dudley!
  • Too right claim, for future ref use interparcel, they deal with dhl/TNT etc. Would do next day for £10, 48 hr for £7 ish.
