Public Liability is a must0

You get two types of public liability for cleaners, the cheapest type excludes damage for the item you are cleaning, the more expensive cover includes cover for the item being cleaned.
Take into account when weighing up policies0 -
As DA indicates above. You will be able to find a type of contractors policy which will give you the option to add other covers too - Employers Liability cover if you are employing anyone, cover for tools/equipment.0

Don't penny pinch on public liability - cleaners can have catastrophic and expensive "accidents" (lock up and leave taps running/spill something on a computer server system/switch off computers/keep keys on a bunch and lose it (or have it stolen) - makes no difference, client will want new locks/spill bleach on carpet/set alarm off causing expensive call out charge to reset/fail to lock up on leaving/etc)0
