Help filling in the Blue Badge Form

My son is disabled so we can get a Blue Badge, but all the forms talk as if it's the person filling in the form that it's for, he's 3 so can't. It also asks for passport photos, is that of him?

Yep, it will be photos of your son. I imagine one is kept for records purposes and the other goes on the back of the blue badge.

The forms are based on him and what his disability is. Like Starry said, the photos have to be of him.

Just full in the form for him as though it is him. It will be his picture that is put on the blue badge, as you will only be able to use it when he is in the car. When you do get it make sure that you read the booklet that comes with it for guidance on where you can and can't park. One issue I got caught out with was double yellow lines as they are not all the same. Avoid the ones where the sign says no loading (they also have yelloe bars on the pavement next to them - single for no loading at certain times and double for no loading ever). As for inane comments just ignore them.

i agree fill in form as if it is your son filling it in and if your son is disabled then the doctor will have no problems filling in the form for you to as long as you have a nice doctor
