Germany ideas for a teenage boy?

Hi,
My sister and I are planning to take our 15year old nephew on holiday at Easter while his parents take a break together. He's not been abroad before and we think Germany might be a good idea.
He'd like to go to a theme park and chocolate factory and we would like to do something particually 'German' aswell.
Has anyone done a trip like this and have any suggestions of where to go??
EuropaPark is nearish to Rittersport Factory in Stuttgard and Phantasialand is close the Chocolate Musuem in Cologne but no idea what else those areas have to offer??
This is a holiday just for his enjoyment so we don't want any museums or architecture tours, just activities and entertainment catering for a 15 year old boy. I know this is a big ask but i really hope someone can help!!

Fredickshafen on Lake Constance is home to the Zeppelin museum but it is a good way . If you are going to Stuttgart there is the Mercedes museum http://www.stgt.com/stuttgart/mercedesmuseume.htm which could be of interest0

You don't state your age, you may find it good practice to have a letter of authority from his parents to take him out of the UK, even though you are family you don't want to trip over border controls on the way out, I've seen problems with the police at check-in and passport control with minors and accompanying non immediate family.0
