2011-2012 Income Tax Thresholds

Have the Inland Revenue published the thresholds for the tax year commencing April 2011 yet?
I can find the personal allowances but now that the government have announced plans to scrap the 'Universal' Child Benefit, I would not be surprised if they lower the 40% band in an attempt to catch out more families in the future.
Any help would be appreciated....
