Hotpoint fridge freezer problems.

I have a Hotpoint RFS60 fridge freezer. I have had it for seven years with no problems. However the warning light for freezer high temp has come on a few days ago. I have checked the freezer its self and there is still ice in it but today the food has started to soften so its obviously not freezing anymore.
Now on Monday evening I did pull the unit out (before any problems had started as I had dropped a box of porridge off the back) to retrieve something form the back and then slipped it back with no dramas I can recall. The warning light came on after this but not sure if it was next day and this could just be a coincidence.
I have also noticed that it has a slight noise almost like water running through pipes and I am guessing this could be the coolant.
Is this fixable or is time to get anew one?

Is there something stuck over the vent hole
Is the vent hole clogged with hair / fluff, get the vacum out and hoover it.
Did you put it back level.
Is some of the porridge stuck in the vent?
