Where do we look if we've made claims?

Our insurance is up for renewal in two weeks for building and contents.
Because we've had 3 claims in the past four years (one building claim was £11,000) all the usual search engines cannot give us quotes.
Where can we look? Are we better staying with the devil we know? (At least we know they pay out in good time if things go wrong)
Help, please...

A local broker should be able to help - at least you would know if your renewal is competitive for someone with your history.
Or google for something like home insurance with multiple claim history to find companies that specialise in this.0 -

have you tried insuring them seperatley with different insurers, then your splitting your claims history as opposed to lumping all together. As the claims will only be relevant under the section you claimed from.
also as such a large Building claim (dont know the reason so speculating) flood?subsidence?theft? etc could also be a reason for some companys not quoting0 -
Are there any claims that you can pay off? I havn't had much experience of this, but I know I recently dealt with someone that had made that many claims that they were also struggling to be quoted elsewhere, one claim they had made was for £100 ish, so they contacted the company that they claimed with, they were happy to be refunded the claim cost so it could be wiped from their claims history.
