Pretty easy to cancel. They don't even try convince you to stay.

Sent in a voucher for £5 cashback on any grocery store spend (2 weeks ago), doubt I will receive it, not holding my breath.

i found these payments had been taken from account just today so i looked it up on Google and came across this forum. i came across your reply and phoned the telephone number you gave. i called them and told them i had never signed up for this nor had i ever received any post from them.
She cancelled it, i also asked if i could claim my payments back and she said yes and that she would send me a form in the post. Thank you for the info....

I have only just noticed that this valuesaver whatever it is have been taking 6.95 from my Vanquis acct I sent them an email in May 2015 to cancel it, but they have not even replied. What if anything can be done about this does anyone know how to stop it?

I just created an account here to add that the same thing has happened to me for 6 months now. i know i should have noticed quicker, but thats besides the point. I contacted vanquis who told me i have to call them to cancel but every time i do i cant get through. Vanquis informs me that because i signed up to it it's down to me to get it canceled, but i've never signed up for this.

Yup it's back. They phoned my mobile phone and I blocked their number - 03300221454


This is not Vanquis. It's a call centre to which Vanquis has probably illegally provided your personally identifiable information including your Vanquis Card number!
