Looking for cheap weekend ski-ing break

Hi
Basically we are looking for a cheap skiing weekend break from Friday 4 Feb 2011 for 3 or 4 nights max for 6 adults.
Any european country will do, just want it to be cheap as possible.
There are so many companies out there, just dont know who to contact.
Can anyone suggest companies to contact or have you come across any good deals yourself. Most companies only do 7 days but we want only 2 or 3 nights?
Also, can anyone recommend a good ski resort with a good atmosphere attached to it.
