Dual fuel switch to first utility !!!

Switched to first utility dual fuel in march 2010.....still not being billed for my gas?? all they keep stating is "NOT INDUSTRY STANDARD" We are now in november have called many times to ask what the hell is happening but they cant give me an answer other than as stated!!!!I now have had enough any advice please...many thanx..p.s. i would not recommend first utility!!

They told me it was because the smart widget on the gas meter didn't work....I'm still on estimated gas bills with them.0
