Digital camera....Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
I have just received the digital camera I purchased from ebay,its a olympus camedia D395.I am having problems installing it.The only thing I have is the camera and usb cable,when I plug it in a pop up appears saying "wizard has found new hard ware" but when I click to install without a disc (a few minutes later) the wizard says hardware not found.
Can anyone help ?
Or will I have to send the camera back?

Did the camera come with any software? I may be wrong but I would have thought you should have received some Camedia (I think) software on a CD... you could go back to the seller and ask them...

The OP should be able to download the software from the link I have given.

Hi,I have asked if they have the software but the emailed back saying they just plug it into the computer and it works.

Thanks Bossyboots,I have tried to download but seem to have problems.
I'm a bit of a technophobe and find it confusing.I have managed to use the photo card to print the photos and store them in a file on the computer,thanks everyone for your help.
