Warning: avoid Play Trade sellers

I'm a seasoned internet shopper and I've just been ripped off by a Play Trade seller.
I ordered a DVD at the beginning of November and it never arrived. The seller hasn't responded to my emails.
Play.com's complaints process is rubbish and they make you wait a very long time before you can start asking for a refund, even though the seller hasn't responded (and probably never will). I doubt I'll ever see my money again, given the other stories I've read on the net about getting refunds out of Play.com.
The feedback for the seller was positive but now they have so much negative feedback from all the unhappy customers that it's probably reached zero by now.
Avoid!

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.
With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.
