flooring2floors not responding

Hi not sure if this is the right place so please forgive/redirect me if not.
I ordered some laminate flooring from www.flooring2floors.co.uk
last week and am still waiting for it to arrive.
I'm a bit concerned as I have tried calling them but there is no answer, one number 01727837001 goes straight to O2 voicemail and the other number 02084824688 is not recognised.
Am I being paranoid or is this a bad sign.
Does anyone have any info about this company?
