Working Tax Credits - Should I be Worried?

Hi everyone,

I posted my forms off for Working Tax Credits about 3 weeks ago now and I rang them this morning to say I hadnt heard anything and just wanted to make sure they didnt need any more information from me and the lady said there was nothing on my account to show that I had sent ANYTHING in and that it would usually take about 3 weeks from receiving it to get it on the system and then another 3 weeks to process it.

Is this right or should I be worried that maybe my forms have become lost in the post?
