Watching Sky + thro Xbox?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but...
If I get gold membership for my xbox, does this mean with a cable to connect it to the internet, can i watch stuff from my sky box on it? Like i have recorded alot of stuff on my sky box but never get to watch any of it as my bf hogs the TV every night so could i watch it through the xbox?
I got the impression you can but am not sure! I don't want to paay an extra £10 a month for sky muti room!

You do not need multi room to watch Sky via your X Box.
You can do the same using Sky Player on your PC.
AFIK, you can only watch those channels you subscribe to and you cannot access recorded programs on your sky+ box via your X Box.
