Would You Sell To Your Competitors?

Hi I'm in a dilemma yet again one of my competitors has bought my item what should I do send it or not if not how to get out of it,without getting into trouble and non performing seller?
Apparently he has got most of my stuff listed at fraction of what I charge, why would he buy from me. Please help How do I proceed.Anyone ever been in this situation.Any help would be highly appreciated.

  • I can only imagine he's bought from you to see what sort of service you offer.

Why would you need to get out of it?

Photograph the item from all angles, with a copy of todays paper. Note any serial numbers. Remove any signs of where you bought it. Upgrade your P+P possibly to SD and send it out.

Do anything else and you will have a neg, you might get one anyway. I had a competitor try and put me out of business on Amazon on my second trade!! Managed to get the neg removed but my account looked so bad with second feedback as a negative!

Mind you if he was going to be nasty he would have used another account? Maybe he is short of stock?
  • Thanks a lot for your replies.I'm just going to take this advise and upgrade my delivery to SD although the item is not worth that much.I personally think he is just trying to find out who my suppliers are,as his items are very competetively priced and I don't see him buying from me if he was running short of something.

I've bought from a competitor where they had a variation that I wanted once, and I've sold to competitors and have no problems with either. The time I sold to a competitor it appeared they had oversold one particular line and so bought mine to fulfil their orders, even though mine were dearer than theirs. I actually thought they were good to do that, fulfilling their orders to the customer at cost to themselves rather than let the buyer down.
