4 page DLA renewal form = quicker response?

Just wondering if anyone has found that they got a decision on their DLA renewal fairly quickly, based on the new 4 page renewal form given out in some parts of the country.
My initial application took 3 weeks but was curious if I may get a new decision any faster?
Anyone have any experience with this?

I had one of these forms and sent mine off about a month ago and still not heard back.
why are they are giving these new forms out in some parts of the uk?0 -
they were originally trying out the new short forms in 2 areas of the country0

still haven't heard back either. definitely not faster.0
