another free photobook

It was in a different email from them, this is what I got:

If you have not already done so, you will need to download our free software by clicking one of the following links:
Once installed on your computer, open the application and choose the book you want to make. You can choose from an 8 page A5 Landscape or 16 page A6 Landscape soft back, normally £6.99, which we will send to you completely free or charge (we even pay your p&p) or upgrade to more pages, a larger format, or hard cover book and just pay the difference. Add an extra copy for a friend or relative for just £5.99.
A 16 page A5 Landscape soft cover book will cost you just £2 and a 24 page just £4 including free p&p.
Books are quick and easy to make and you can start, save and finish in your own time. Once you are ready to order go to the checkout within the software and when prompted use the discount code FREECHEESE. If your order is just £6.99 you pay NOTHING! If you have chosen an extra copy or a different book you just pay the difference.
We will only give one free book per user or delivery address however please pass this email on to your friends as they can all have a free book as well. They will need to be quick though as we are only giving away 100,000 free books and then the discount code will stop working.

I too spent 40 mins doing the book - there was no problems with the website but they never emailed the code to me. it says any queries contact customer services but no phone number on the site - emailed them no response whatsoever BIG WASTE OF TIME !!!

Basically this means the order hasn't gone through, I'd bet that most of you have the same problem but perhaps haven't realised.

To double check I logged into the site and clicked the "current orders" and sure enough it says "Waiting For Files To Be Uploaded"

You have to upload them within the program itself and there doesn't seem to be a way to upload them!

Anyone care to shed any light?

i wouldn't have even checked though, it was only because i saw it on here, and thankfully read through the comments!
i paid by paypal, but looked into the current orders, and it states the same as yours! hopefully, someone can help us!:)

i made one just there, not the most easiest of things to create but its free so not a biggie. think ill wait and see how this one turns out first before ordering another
does any one know how long it will be before they are sent out ?
