The prize draw starts the 2nd November 2010 at anytime and closes the 29th November 2010 at midnight. All entries must be received by the 29th November 2010 midnight. 3. To enter the prize draw on line, please complete the entry form above. The Promoter is not responsible for delayed or lost entries, and reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it believes have not been made in compliance with these terms and conditions or those that are defaced or illegible. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be eligible. 7. Proof of posting will not be considered proof of entry. 8. The winners will be drawn at random and under independent supervision and will be notified by email within two weeks after the closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted by the 18th January the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute, drawn at the same time as the original. 9. There are 10 prizes available consisting of 10 trips for 2 people in one of the 10 most important French wine regions: Alsace, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire, Provence, Rhône and South West. The prize will consist of 2 nights' B&B for 2 people in 3 star accommodation (based on two people sharing a double room/ twin), an accompanied visit to at least one vineyard and a tutored tasting, return travel from the UK to the region either by air via a UK mainland airport, or by rail via the Eurostar London terminal, and 2 dinners with wine. Winners will also find a bottle of Champagne and a bottle of wine from the region in their bedroom. 10. Transport to and from departure points are at winners cost. The winner is responsible for ensuring a valid passport is in place for winner and companion. 11. The prize must be taken by the 30th November 2011 and all prize travel and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. The Promoter reserves the right to require alternative timings and dates. 12. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. In the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will not be available to any person other than the winners. 13. The Promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense. The Promoter will treat all personal information confidentially and will not disclose entrants' detailed personal information. 15. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury resulting from promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize. 16.
